National Cadet Corps
The college provides N.C.C. training facilities. The aims of the N.C.C. are :
- To develop the character of young girls, to develop the ability
to command to adapt the ideals of service and to develop leadership.
- To include the spirit of self-confidence in women for obtaining
and attaining proper place in different walks of life.
- To achieve the above objectives, to organise service training and to develop the spirit of dedication
for the defense of the country
- To organise a reserve force for speedy assistance to the army
(especially doctors and nurses) in case of medical emergency. Keeping the above aims in view,
the college has been affiliated to the 5 Maharashtra Girls BN N.C.C.
The Training includes :
- First Aid and Home Nursing Cadets are taught the St.Jhon Brigade's
Training Course. A diploma is awarded to the successful cadets.
- Hygenic and rules to maintain cleanliness to maintain health.

Training to operate electrically run equipment such as Telephone, Mechanism of Radio-Telephone,
Wireless and Line Telegraphy, Knowledge of operation of Signal Centres.
Mapreading and Rifle training.
Those students who enroll for N.C.C. training have to attend parades
regularly once a week. An annual allowance of Rs.36/- is paid to each cadet on completion of training.
The training is imparted in English.
Annual Training Camps are very important. these camps are held in October
or December holidays. Cadets have to stay in camps. Thorough training
is given to cadets in such camps. The camps are arranged in such a way that besides professional training cadets
have free time to arrange cultural programmes and sports.
