Department of Sanskrit
Sanskrit language is closely related to Indian tradition.
Vedas, Ayurved Granthas, are in Sanskrit. By learning
Sanskrit language one can have access to a great knowledge
stored in the Vedas. Many shlokas or stotras are in Sanskrit
which are helpful in daily life. If a woman learns this
language, it can be passed on to the children. The students
can make career in the language as teacher or professor of
Sanskrit. They can also make good career as translator.
